These terms govern your use of SubChex. By accessing or using the service you agree to them.
SubChex is operated from 9230 Old Coach Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, USA.
SubChex is a software tool that helps architecture and engineering firms track building-approval submissions, NOCs, permits and inspections across UAE authorities. SubChex is not a government authority and does not provide legal, engineering or regulatory advice. It does not guarantee approval outcomes, timelines, or compliance with any authority’s requirements. You remain responsible for verifying all requirements and deadlines directly with the relevant authorities.
Access is by invitation from your firm’s administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into SubChex. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect a mailbox (e.g. Google), you authorize SubChex to access it as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time in Settings.
SubChex, its software, and its branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you no rights in them except the right to use the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it reflects every authority’s current requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubChex and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed deadlines, rejected submissions, or reliance on information in the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
